Each chauffeur has undergone a thorough training course under the auspices of the The Northern Chauffeur Association and the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) and is fully competent in all matters of professional chauffeuring, such as etiquette, security awareness, route-planning and most importantly, discretion. IAM membership ensures the highest standards of roadcraft skills from each chauffeur, which are tested annually. All chauffeurs have had reference clearance.
